Who runs this site
Solvnode is a personal project, run privately from Germany. There is no company behind it: nothing on it is for sale, it carries no advertising and no sponsorship, it earns nothing, and it has no commercial interest in which securities or managers it shows.

hey@solvnode.com reaches the person who runs the site. Questions about the data, corrections, privacy requests under the privacy policy and legal matters all go to that address; there is no contact form and no second channel.
Where the content comes from
Form 13F filings are public records published by the US Securities and Exchange Commission; nothing here restricts them. This project’s own work is the layer on top — how filings are compared between quarters, how securities are identified, how sectors are derived, and how a supply-chain analysis is written. The methodology describes each of those and where it stops being reliable.
Nothing here is investment advice
Filings are presented to the best of knowledge, from a source already between six and thirteen weeks old when it becomes public. A figure may be wrong, a classification may be wrong, and a manager may have sold a position long before you read about it.
Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a claim about what anything is worth. It is a research tool for generating questions. Decisions you make with it are yours, and if something here looks wrong, the address above is the way to say so.
Third-party embeds
A security’s page and a published supply-chain analysis embed market-data widgets from TradingView, which load as soon as the page opens and transmit your IP address to a third party without asking you first. The privacy policy names which pages do this and what is transmitted.
